Speeding ticket question

3 days ago i had to drop my girlfriend off at the airport which is about a 45 min drive from my house. The highway that i have to take to get to MCI is always packed with cops so i was driving what i thought what was the speed limit and obeying the laws.

Apparently the speed limit was 55 instead of the typical 65. (fucking stupid state laws)
so i get pulled over by a KID that looks like he's 18 and fresh out of the Academy. I kill him with kindness, hand him my registration and all that jazz blah blah blah. Well the kid takes 45 long ass minutes trying to write me a simple speeding ticket.

Finally when he comes back to my truck, he's kind of a dick, raising his voice telling me that i have to "SIGN THE TICKET!" Which i did with no objections too....

When he pulls away i realize that the kid forgot to sign the ticket himself! A big noticeable spot when his autograph is missing.

So my question is since he didn't sign the ticket, and my name is spelled wrong and everything.... Do i have to pay the ticket? Or do i just show up to court and be like "look this kid is obviously a moron, can you wave the fines"

any similar stories?

uhh yeaa just cause he was a dumbass doesnt mean you get out of it same tign happened to me they completely butchered my name and called me laura santos <<wtf my name is Santos Lara Jr. its on my license how do you mess that up that bad? but yea anyways you gotta go through the motions opt for the defensive driving course to keep your insurnace from going up pm if you want any more tips and stuff

I have never gotten one but im pretty sure its in their computer system whether he signed it or not.
Im not sure though.
