My roommate moved home at the end of term, so I need someone to move into his room. 2 bedroom apartment in the Avenues, Q street and 2nd ave. Cucina Deli is across the street, really dope apartment, completely furnished, two roofs to chill on. I really want to stay in this place so I need to get someone in here by June 1st. love the chronic, down to drink/party, but for the most part like to keep the pad clean. if your interested in checking the place out lemme know!
