Whenever you go to a Chinese Restaurant, or you order it for take out, what is the one thing that is ALWAYS on your list?

I know for me, I never forget Cashew Chicken or Crab-rangoons.

call me a food racist, but usually any asian food falls under "Chinese food" for me. Sushi is Japanese, I know, and miso soup.... idk if it has a certain country of origin...
