Replying to Computer guys, quick!

i was just trying to look at porn and i clicked on a pretty sketchy page and it started downloading a zip file called anti malware or something. i erased it etc and then did repair disk permissions (im on a mac). am i probably safe?

also, in the details on disk permissions the last line is:
"Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent has been modified and will not be repaired"

any concerns or am i okay? it's not my computer really so i need to make sure everything's legit..soon
