Its super distracting that you have shots of people singing and it never matches up with the audio you used.

Not what Im saying. If your going to use a recorded track for the audio, you should try to get good shots of them performing said track.

plug a zoom audio recorder into the audio board next time with an xlr cord i bet if youre nice they'd hook it

That is usually what I do for my concert vids but these guys are super grass roots and there live songs are quite different from there studio songs, not very organized. I know exactly what you mean and it made it a little bit difficult and frustrating.
