I need to make a tilt shift photo in photoshop that emulates a mini cooper ad i found, due tonight. first of all I need a high quality picture i can use from the internet. if anyone can show me sites to look through that would be great, and i want the picture to be of a city with a car or an object in the middle that i can focus the tilt shift on. also if you have any tips about making the tilt shift effect or how to make lines in photoshop, please help me out. thanks ns!
there are a lot of sites that do fake tilt shift for you, so if your final is submitting a jpeg then use one of those. As for finding the actual image look for something wide and far away from the subject
i keep thinking that there would be a dope picture to use from the stanced car thread, but ya doesnt have to be a mini. i need to use photoshop to do the effect because they will be looking at my layers, so a site that does fake tilt shifts wont help.
google search: photoshop tilt shift effect tutorial or something similar, try different variations till you find one you like. really simple. it's all just masks and blur two of the easiest things to do in photoshop. I can't believe you took a semester long photoshop class and don't know how to do this already. Also that picture might work but I'm sure you could do better. look for something shot from higher up and a little wider out
