Good Site for Custom T Shirts

Curious if anyone knows of a good, quality, proven site for custom t shirts?

Also, do you think it would be better to rework the image into some sort of stencil/image like the Obama Hope picture?

Anyone else have suggestions on good sites, or ways to ensure the picture is well printed on the shirt?

I second the customink. My highschool used that for everything they printed, and were always on top of their game. Unless you're interested in outsourcing to a local screenprinting company?
