OK, so I bought a pair of Dragon APX goggles from A.Brown on May 10th that he claimed were in perfect condition. Because of that, I just asked for a pic to prove that he had them and to show the condition, so he sent me this saying that this is the only pic that he could get me at the moment.
The ones that I bought are the blue ones and there is no visible damage that I can see, so of course I bought them. A couple days later, I receive them and and get the largest bonerkill ever.
If you can't see too well from the pic, there is a slash in the foam on the part that goes on your nose and that the lens is off kilter from the other lens. Now I thought he'd be reasonable and give me a refund since there must have been a misunderstanding on at least one of our parts, but instead he says, "Those goggles left me in perfect state. Im sorry I sold them as new.
I wont be able to do a refund." I don't think that that much damage can come from just shipping. He hasn't responded to my emails in 5 days, and all I want is my money back. If you know him personally, tell him that it'd be much appreciated.
