I have fucking problems with them. Basically, I almost throw an off axis back full in gymnastics terms when I do them, and can't seem to get them right. Anyone have any good tips for them? inb4 searchbar, I need quick answers because I leave for open gym in half an hour.
jump, look over your spinning shoulder (left for me) bring tight arm across, pull in tight, spin until hearts content, stomp landing, ride away like a g for a good 200 yards.
My friends tell me to try to do a 360 and land on my back. Thats the first half of a cork 7. Then do the same but just jump higher and after your back is facing the ground in mid air, tuck and the rests will come around. Sadly, I've never landed one. I can cork 540 and cork 360 but nothing more.
