too much sleep?

im sleeping lots considering its summer, but ive heard that it can be bad for you to sleep too much... anybody know anything?

not sure about that. once in a while if I sleep a really long time i'll have a headache when i wake up, but that probably doesn't have anything to do with how long I've been sleeping.

i have sleeping problems where i dont sleep enough, but my doc told me that, yes, it is bad for your health to sleep too much. what happens is your body will want to keep its self in the 'off' mode and thats why you might feel tired when you wake up after 12 hours of straight sleep. it takes more energy to sleep that long than it does to get the healthy 8 full hours and wake up.

it takes a while for me to really wake up, but then i have a ton of energy from about 3 or 4 in the afternoon till about 3 in the morning.

always happens to me in the summer, i went to work today after an hours sleep last night. got home from a party at around 4:30, woke up at quarter to 6 in the morning, drank a ton of coffee all day, fell asleep for a few hours when i got home, and now i can't sleep.

I usually sleep till 1 or 2, don't take a nap, and go to bed no earlier than midnight... my internal clock is just screwed up

during the summeri get about 9-10 hours of sleep...i go to sleep at 11pm and wake up at around 8:30-9am......sometiems i go to sleep at like 10pm and wake up at 7am.....and i dont use alarm clocks. but in the winter on weekends ill get up at 11pm and wake up at 6am

I like taking naps.
I usually go to bed 12-1ish, get up 10-11 ish. nap time is from 2-3ish. it's nice

i go to bed at around 3-4 am usually and then up at 1-2. im always tired until night then i just watch movies again until 3-4

i have a fucked up sleep cycle. i work at 330 in the morning so some nights i don't sleep at all. it sucks i hate it!!
