Mammoths Park right now

How is it? Thinking about taking the trip down there from Squaw this upcoming weekend. Also, anyone got a couch I could crash for a night or know of any good camping spots? Much appreciated!

would like to know this as well.
Is it worth driving cross country to shred mammoth for a week or two.
just got out of high school and we were thinking about driving there from MA. We have a place at mammoth we can crash at already.

I was up there last weekend and the park was really good they still have huge jumps. The snow was still good and it just snowed about 6 inches the other day.

Here's a vid from within the last week. I'll be there within the next two weeks and I'm stoked. J-Evs. Do it, it's worth it if you can make it before Memorial Weekend since that's the last weekend that 6 runs.

Well, Spring park will be built by then, so you can do some solid hot laps on 3. Lapping 1 for Main park isn't that bad, but it's an extra 5 minutes per lap and the park may not have as much in. I can guarantee it you'll be stoked on jump size. Last season was pretty good when I was there from June 11-13. Honestly, I'd go. They've got a bunch of snow.

I was there last weekend and it was pretty much like mid season in the park, except for south park being closed. It also just snowed and is apparently supposed to be pretty cold this week and overall a little below average for May. It's a lot of fun, they still have some really big jumps set up and quite a few rails along with their superpipe. I went on June 18th last year and it was a lot of fun, the keep their pipe running really well in June and maintain a nice sized jump. They will be open to July 4th this year too. Its pretty crazy though; it honestly felt like February on Sunday.
