Help on K2 domains( their weird sizings and so on)

so im most deffinetly getting k2 domains for next season and i just have a couple of quistions!

For the past 2 seasons iv bean riding on k2 disordleys and absolutely love them.(i have 159s, actualy like 163s)

so heres the deal, what size do the 169s  actualy come out to be?

-im 5' 8"

-like riding a shorter ski(but getting in to alot more flipping, so i might need a longer ski for stability)

-does the jib rocker actualy make a difference?

so...its either 159s or 169s.......plz i need some help!

i would imagine the sizes would stay the same for next year. in that case go for the 169 for sure. People your height i no ride 179 jump skis. The jib rocker makes them feel shorter and the domains are a pretty soft ski. Since you said you are into flipping, im assuimg you like jumps as well. you will need the extra stability and will not regret getting a bigger size.

im like 5'5 maybe and im riding 169's, i think 159 will be way short..

Well I'm shorter and lighter than you and I have the Domain's in 179, so you should def go for the 179!
Really easy ski to drive and jump with.

I would say 179. But if you are dead set on going a little short, definitely 169. You should definitely be on something in the mid 170's at least. It doesn't take long to get used to longer skis, especially with rocker.

I have 174 revivals which measure out around 179. K2 skis run bigger than pretty much any other company I've seen. That being said I'm exactly your height so I would definitely go 169 for you.

which is it!?!?! ill prob get these skis tho idk wat size cuz im about 5'9", 179 or 169, cuz if 169s r about 173 i will prob get these but if the 179 are closer to their actual size instead of 183 or higher i will get them instead

I don't think so, my sister has the original 169 hellbents which are longer than my 173 punx.

why are people such pussies to go for a bigger size, when i bought my 171s i was 5'4, they were a little long but it made me a better skier.

179 domains are longer than both 182 bluehouse antics and 178 anthems

I'm 5'8" and I rode the 169s last season (measure out to 173, and visually bigger than my 171 Phil Laroses). They were really fun, and the length was pretty perfect 85% of the time, there were a few time when I wished they were just a few CMs longer, but 179 (actually 183) would have been too long for what I was doing. I'd say go with the 169, unless you want a long ski, but don't go anywhere near the 159, way too short (remember it's a soft, rockered ski, so it skis shorter and the extra length helps prevent wash).
