Donald Trump no longer running for Pres. in 2012

Thank fucking god. The thought of Donald Trump having a legitimate shot at the Republican candidacy scared the living shit out me. While Trump had no political experience whatsoever, the fact that he had millions of dollars to spend campaigning and name recognition like no other was a force to be reckoned with. I'm not a staunch supporter of Obama, I don't follow politics all that closely, but Donald Trump makes a mockery of the political system. The foundation of his platform was that Obama wasn't born in the US. For Christ's sake, that's just silly.

yeah but at what cost? that some filthy rich egomaniac gets elected to run our country on the sole basis that he's rich and host the show "Celebrity Apprentice"? uh uh, i'm not going to take that risk. Just because he has millions of dollars doesn't mean he understands how to pull an entire country up from the abyss. He has no clue how to re-structure an economy and has no knowledge of foreign policy. The fact that he is constantly pulling Austrian whores doesn't give his foreign policy platform any credibility.

He made a shit load off faking the run on intrade.com ... it was pretty obvious from the massive size of his bids and asks it was him. Smart guy. Essentiallly how it worked was bet a shit load of money  that your going to win the republican nomination at 1000-1 odds. Then start selling it off after the polls show you doing well at about 20-1, maybe closer to 15-1.

Not only did he sell everything off at the peak but he also short sold for a bit and watched his stock come crashing down to 1000-1 again. Made tens of millions of dollars.

Anyone can trade on intrade, its not a stock market. Its a "predicitons market". I do some minor trading on there but its only by the hundreds not the thousands or millions. There are some big time players on there though. I just do it as a hobby.
