yeah there is definetly some good advice given the best is you have to commit and its better to overate then underrotate. Just do it, it takes balls to do it

yea i read the freeze one were it tells u how to do a backflip off a cliff but i was just wondering if u had to do enything diffrent and plus ill have trouble finding a cliff neer by

Most tips have already been mentioned. Of course the kicker doesn't half to be big. You just need enough to get high enough in the air for the rotation. I did my fist backflip in really soft snow. Pop the jump, just wait for a split second and then rotate. Defiantly pull your knees up into your gut. Just move through the rotation like on a rollercostar. If you are worried about hurting yourself on the landing, just put your bindings on a low setting. If you fuck up the first time (most likely) just keep trying.
