Replying to Cell Phone recommendations?

Well i now need to purchase a new phone and i would like to see what NS has to recommend. It would have to be a phone that is available unlocked.

This in a phone that are important to me:

Music(stereo bluetooth),

youtube,

internet(3g preferably but it doesn't matter),

battery life,

supports 32gb micro sd cards.

Things in a phone that i could give a fuck less about:

color,

being a supercomputer,

games.

the price range im looking at would be anything under 200$
