What I really like with the Motorsports version is that there is a a "J-Hook Buckle", which could give a cool view from further up if attached to a helmet. Also there is a Suction cup included which could be very useful for time-lapses.
On the other hand, the Helmet version includes a Head strap, which could be useful when friends want to use it for a shot.
