On another forum I was part of it was fairly common for people to post their cooking for the night. See if NS is into this idea, but I have a feeling most NS'ers dont cook.

Ill start it off. Homemade teriyaki sauce ( mirin, sake, sugar, soy, mentsu) stirfry.

leeks, beef, mushrooms, purple onion, carrots, broccoli.

you can make some really sick homemade burgers with some high grade cheese rolled into them. Good shit. Looking forward to see what your grilling turns out like.

Yea yea, i've actually used NS for a burger recipe before, really good, added some sauces i never thought of adding, used some nice cheese, had a gourmet burger dinner

marinating this for dinner tomorrow.
chicken in sauce (mirin, sake, menstu, ginger, lemon juice, chili paste, soy sauce) with mushrooms and leeks. Gonna skewer these bitches up with some green peppers tomorrow.

I make some annies noodles with extra cheddar cheese with pees, carrots, red peppers, cayenne pepper, and some cucumbers. Insta-pasta dish

I'll fight you for him! I'd love to have someone cook things like that for me.

I skipped dinner tonight, I had pasta for lunch kinda later in the afternoon though.

Tomorrow I think I'll do either salad, chicken and brocolli, or salmon and asparagus. Nothing too complicated, because by the time I get home from work it's late and I'm starving and I don't want to spend an hour making food.

next week next time Im going to do some pretty killer seafood. Maybe bbq a whole cleaned squid ( quil removed, ink removed ) but fully intact. Or do a tuna steak flank covered in roasted sesames and ponzu dressing. Ill keep this thread updated as long asi remember. Everyone should snap pictures of their homecooked meals.

bump. made this stuff last night with a few friends having some beers and some bbq action

what was unseen in picture is corn on cob, baked taters, and that chicken breast was bbqed then added homemade teriyaki sauce and roasted sesames.

bbq skewers had guinness based bbq sauce on them.

Just finished making pasta with chorizo, mushrooms and yellow peppers in a marinara sauce. Plus I added a side of asparagus fried in garlic butter (obviously the healthiest cooking method imaginable).

I hade tacos with homemade/mixed meat stuff! The beef was mixed with onions and tomatoes!! :)
