So basically the studio behind Sylvester Stallone's movie, "The Expendables" is trying to sue 23,000+ people who have downloaded and watched it.
The articles basically say that bit torrent users who downloaded it and going to be sent lawsuits and whatnot.
Now I'm curious for those of you who are more computer literate and informed than I am. What about people who downloaded the movie using software like Vuze? Are they still in danger of being sued? Or what if you downloaded it and never seeded the file at all?
Either way this seems like it's going to end up the same way as the illegal music download cases where they try to sue tons of people and because of the legal system and red tape, they fail miserably.
