Replying to Time for a new forum section?

Gear talk has turned for the worst, and is no longer gear talk. Recently i have found myself viewing the TGR tech talk for real discussion about ski gear. Our gear talk has turned into "what skis help!!!" or "which boots??????". I think we need a new forum section called gear suggestions (or some other name) to help provide n00bs a place to ask horrible questions. With a new forum section we could restore gear talk to a discussion based forum about gear. P.S. - Just an idea please only productive ideas an opinions.
