Last year we had this setup:
We couldn't get the sponsorship to pay for this setup again so we had to come up with something else. Below is what we were able to do with 48 hours notice and about $200, plus a little bit of help from Mt Buller.
The snowboarders found it a little hard because of the 1ft drop before you even hit the snow. They had to stand sideways and jump into it, whereas the skiers (see me above) were able to just drop in.
A big thanks to Melbourne University for letting us bring 2 tonnes of snow to the campus, then letting us fill up all the drains with it afterwards. Looking forward to a fun season!
