Haha, ya. I finished out my career here with an Astronautical Engineering final. That's actually a freaking required class for all majors here....even English. I'm just tired of taking stuff like that when I'm interested in Civil Engineering and flying planes. And I'm just tired of it being hard. Still had an awesome time and got to stay in Colorado skiing, but ready to move on for sure.
And Congrats man! I just had friends graduate from West Point and the Naval Academy within the past 2 years, they shared similar reliefs to be finished. Great education though.
hes got a civil engineer degree...hes good. If you move to where I'm from you will get a job no problem. All there are is Civil jobs here. The only mechanical jobs we have are HVAC, and thats not my cup o tea
I'm going to Texas for pilot training this next year, and I'm hoping to do well so I can choose my plane and try to get something that flys out of Anchorage.
Or Seattle or San Francisco would be great too, but not too worried about it yet. "Deployed" = the desert. I've got a long while before I'm eligible to fly there.
