I've got a room in Boulder that I've been paying for and not living in. It's in a 6 bedroom house in North Boulder with a hot tub, pool table, and pretty comfortable living (not a super shitty college house). The roommates are chill, and rarely there. Rent is $400 a month + utils (utils never went over $90).
Rent could start anytime, I'd just have to get up there from Aspen and clean out my room. I'm looking for someone that will at least stay until my lease is up at the end of July, but you could extend that no problem.
I've got a mattress there as well that I could throw in for $300 if you want (got it new for $500 about 5 months ago, slept in it for 3 of those months)
