awwww that's so touching. i still find modern medicine so fascinating. i mean, face transplants, artificial hearts, prosthetic limbs.. people are given a chance to live again and it's such a beautiful thing.

Wow, that is incredible.. I feel so so sorry for that man! The technological advances that are made in the world are absolutely ridiculous. The only thing I will say, is shame there's no guaranteed way of fixing his eyesight. That must be horrific for him not to physically see his little girl growing up.

right, and if money is put into the correct research and people aren't afraid of stem cells and genetics and stuff like that, then it can only get better.

it would be interesting to see how he is in a year or two, to see if he could then talk or smile better, or anything like that.
