download Flash from kazaa or get the trial from the macromedia website. Then do all the tutorials.

its easy, just make a background, then draw something in, and go to insert, new keyfram and erase the last pic and draw a slightly different one, u will get the hang of it quikly

flash is easiest when you build up a single image using differnet levels. say you have a person: make each body part a seperate movie clip. thatw ay you can move one bit about without havign to redraw the whole thing.

That kind of animation, however from the video you posted is a frame by frame thing. takes ages, far to long if you ask me, so i dont really do it.

if you want to keep the same pic and move the thing around you can make a square around it with one of the tools that looks liek a square and drage it and rotate it and stuff. sometimes its funny if u do a whole cartoon like that

na^ it depends on what you want. i am trying to learn it (atleast i will....) but for now i know no action script and i can do some prutty impressive shit in flash. i know the skiing sucks but just look at the animation and shit.i made part of this in bryce (3d animation). i need a loading screen, i know. if your running 56k i suggeest you dont bother with this one.

thats real easy to make flash is a real good program onnce u get to know how to use it u can do alot of stuff with it check out the main page on my link

actionscript is the shit thogh. ok you can move thigns about, but thats limited to the frame rate (which varies depending on connection, CPU usage, size of flash file, 100s of things.) with actionscript you can animate it so it will take exactly, say 2000 milliseconds tor each b from a. then you can see if tis hitting anything. and if so do something else. or make a noise, or print a picture of a naked woman. Actionscript is the basis to good (interactive) flash.
