As cliche as it sounds, you'll know when you know. IMO there is no exact moment or time that love is realized, it's kind of an evolving thing that you figure out over time.

It's doable.

One of my best friends used to hook up with a girl who absolutely loved getting her taco stand peed in, so I know that's physically possible. One could easily substitute cinnamon ring for kielbasa wallet and still get the job done, theoretically.
