A quick word on blocking ads

This might be a repost, but I searched and found things similar, but not what I had in mind.
I had an idea where everyone would post their favorite personal smoking story and then the person below them would rate it (similar to the Rate A Newschooler, and Rate My Icon threads). They don't have to be funny, but anything that was memorable can be posted.
