Firefox 4

nothing seems to work with it. video posts don't show up, full screen on videos that do work, don't work. i don't even know. anybody else having firefox 4 problems? it's not just NS, other websites have the same problems too.

Really? I'm having Adobe problems with Chrome, videos show up, but only in black and white boxes that aren't clickable. The only site that seems to work is Vimeo. My fix is to get the link and watch in Firefox.

Yeah now I use Chrome for NS because all NS and Youtube videos are always laggy with Firefox 4.

Just got Firefox 4 the other day, and so far I haven't had any glitches to report. I'll post up if I do though.

this is weird. i tried updating my flash and videos work better now as long as they're not from youtube. youtube videos don't even show up on my browser.

Why? I can have my own opinion, IE works fine for my computer, never is slow, why can't I reccommend it Mr.?

because it's slower than other browsers, is more susceptible to malware/spyware and viruses, and it's less stable than other browsers.

yeah, you can move it. i did with mine, can't remember quite how but you don't need any add-ons, just need to mess around a little bit with the customization on the browser.

Because everyone has IE on their computer. Everyone uses it at some point. But, the only people who recommend IE are the ones who don't know any better.

So I tried reinstalling everything and most flash/youtube embeds still don't show up I updated to the most recent flash (like 5 times to make sure it worked), and certain websites still try to tell me my flash is out of date.


I read something online about FF4 being flash-free. Anyone know anything about that?

I don't like Firefox 4 though. Gonna downgrade to 3, much better and stable.

still having problems with this. some embedded videos show and some don't. youtube usually works.


am i the only one still having this problem? i have the most recent verion of flash, etc.

Yeah it's still a bit buggy. It likes to crash on me when I'm running multiple tabs with one or more types of media playing.

I leave my system on and my antivirus software runs at night. My FF4 is non responsive pretty much every morning. Usually have to close and restart it. That's the only glitch I'm having. It didn't do this with previous versions.
