Waterless epoxy?

The edges and base sheet on my punx are ripping out. Does waterless epoxy do a good job of bonding the base and ski back together?

What is this "waterless" epoxy? Never heard that before. I will offer my advice though.
Get a marine epoxy if you can, and the longer it takes to set, the stronger it is, so the slowest setting epoxy you can find is the best bet.

Use G Flex epoxy.
