Volkl wall warranty

Yesterday I noticed those bad edge damages:

I bought these skis the 15th of february and I used them for less than 2 months just on slopes and park, no street or freerde.

Question is it warrantie? What do you think?

Because I'm Italian and i pretty much suck at skiing and I think it's a manufacturing problem.
well, I mail the shop where I bought them with two photos and they send them to the Volkl. Answer: no warranty.


In this forum I've heard Volkl had the best warranty... maybe just in America, not in Europe. Here it sucks!
Well.. if you have any advice foe resolve this situation just let me know, I would appreciate it

that was Volkl response:

"The ski shows heavy signs of usage, as to be seen on the enclosed pictures. Any kind of  combination in fabrics has its natural limit of forces. If those are overdone for whichever reason, retaining damage is caused. We do hereby ask for your understanding that we cannot cover such damages, as they are not caused by any manufacturing defects."

idk there's no way any company  would cover that, its clearly rail damage. i've had two pairs of walls over two years, and neither pair was that fucked up. one pair lost about an inch of edge after i undershot and clipped it on the beginning of the rail. be sure to dull your edges before you hit rails with them and that's less likely to happen again.

heres basicly how edge damage warrintys work... if uv hit a rail its void....

ok thanks but that sucks! A park ski should has made to go into the park rail, jumps and all the features...

sorry about the long post but I was pretty angry, it's my first broken ski and just after few days of using them :(
