GAME: if your karma were a year in time, which major event took place?

for example at the time of my starting this my karma is 1883 so:

krakatoa erupted august 26-28 destroying 163 villages, and killing 36,380.

&

the u.s. supreme court declared part of the civil rights act of 1875 to be unconstitutional, since the Court allows private individuals and corporations to discriminate based on race

i think this might be a fun little game and people with enormously high karmas can make up some pretty sweet stuff.
