Why is WTB board still not stickied on the Forums tab

I know I never click on the 'Forums' button. I always use the quick links. That is probably what most people do. I know it is under 'quick links" but I still have only had one successful thread in the WTB forum. I know this is a beaten issue, but it still is very annoying.
