Usually Fraps, it's the best screen recorder for games, but usually any will work. I'll come back later with a DL for Fraps because the full version off the site is like $30.

There a free app for mac called "dflakdsjfldaskjyouranidiotdklfjasdlkfsdhgf", its great and works really well with jibbin.
