4 rotor motor- Car PORN

my friend is doing a 13b swap into his miata and I have been learning up on my rotor knowledge- mad mikes rx7- if he didnt limit his rpm he would be pushing well over 650 rwhp - all motor

that sound is just nuts- same 26b as in the 787b

wow, thanks for posting! 

And I thought the 20B was throw-up-on-yourself sick...  I've always been a huge rotor motor fan, SO much torque, such high revs and SO LITTLE WEIGHT.  Got to love that sound, they absolutely scream on road courses and sound more like bikes than cars.

im gonna sound super lame by saying this, but the downside to rotary engines is the fuel economy. its dreadful compared to a regular piston engine

but as long as you dont commute in your 787b, youll be fine hahah

how about some more odd ball race cars. Diesel powered race cars are pretty sick. Though they dont really have too much of an exhaust note due to having hardly any wasted energy ( noise is basically wasted energy).
