Ohh okay, I want to make mine into a vest but I don't have the balls to cut off the sleeves on mine haha

its not hard, just cut it off by the seem of the sleeves. Just look at the picture of mine and do it. just don't cut to much off, its way better to have extra hanging out than not have enought

there's a easier way , you can keep the jacket and make a vest at the same time !So you go to a man which knows how to sew and stitch stuff i dont really know the name , but you go to him , and ask him can he cut the sleeves and put zippers on them so you can get them on and off when you wish .. i did this with my jacket and it turned out pretty good , it costed me like 15bucks but it's worth it !
