My anti-friction plate fell off. I know this has happened to other people. Can I get a new one and just glue it on? I can notice a difference when I ski on the binders, my boot will rattle a little.

its your afd piece. i did the same thing and ghetto rigged it with a duct tape pad on my boot to fill the excess space but i just went to a shop that carried rossi and they ordered me a pair for like ten bucks.

I'd like to stress that having an AFD that resets to the center properly is super important. Mine was a little off-center for a while before I noticed, and it ended up being the reason I pre-released on dozens of occasions, resulting in a sprained wrist and holding me back from throwing down corks in a comp.

If your toe 'rattles', yeah, no fucking good. Go to a shop, be real nice and bring beer, someone will likely still have a box of FKS parts from back when they stopped making them and we had to hoard parts, or its $10 or whatever to order from Rossi.
