Replying to Hey I'm traveling from NYC to Cali in 3 weeks any advice?

I traveling with five others in a big winebago were stopping in chicago then going to south dakota and then through colorado stoppin at the red rock for the coors light show, partying in vegas, ending up in San Diego. We have 2 weeks to do it. Give me some cool stops or must sees. First time to the west coast. Can't wait to ski.
