Hey I'm traveling from NYC to Cali in 3 weeks any advice?

I traveling with five others in a big winebago were stopping in chicago then going to south dakota and then through colorado stoppin at the red rock for the coors light show, partying in vegas, ending up in San Diego. We have 2 weeks to do it. Give me some cool stops or must sees. First time to the west coast. Can't wait to ski.

I did a very similar trip two springs ago. I recommend not stopping at the gas station in Kansas that claims to have a 2000 pound gohper they wont let you see it or open the barn is 'sleeping' in. Im assuming your taking 70 west and then I-15 south to Vegas but not to far away from the junction of these two interstates is Bryce Canyon National park which is so worth a days hike whether you like the outdoors or not. Also lake Powell in at the Utah/Arizona border is a couple hours from vegas but very close if you hit it up on the ride out. You can rent powerboats there for 200bucks a day and they are fast and a lot of fun. If you like sushi down in san deigo theres a place in La Hoya beach called sushi deli its got the cheapest best sushi ever. Other than that just make sure to pick up hitchhikers and hookers.

I could never go on a trip that long sober, I would recommend getting atleast a QP for 5 of you, and lots of bottles... good luck.

Yeah of course we are bringing some marley and some vegetables . Thanks for the tips I will have to hit up utah. I definetly like the outdoors.

dont miss the southwest. hit up the four corners region. colorado, wyoming, new mex and arizona.

definately (if possilbe) hit up:
monument valley
mesa verde (if you wanna stop somewhere cool)
death valley
and shit you might as well stop over in vegas.

im in arizona and its hot as a mother fucker right now and you cant camp anywhere cos there's no fires allowed so you wont burn down our forests but hey the grand canyon kicks ass, so does sedona.
