Apparently this just happened. Obama is planning to deliver "Unusual Sunday Evening Statement."

It was supposed to start at 10:30. and says beginning shortly right now in the live video. Im waiting to see if this is true. Heres the link to the video

totally agree, whether this happened with Obama or Bush in office neither gets credit for it happening. It was the people on the ground over there past and present that did this. It wasn't Bush who caught Saddam, it was all the military personnel that did this.
