Apparently this just happened. Obama is planning to deliver "Unusual Sunday Evening Statement."

It was supposed to start at 10:30. and says beginning shortly right now in the live video. Im waiting to see if this is true. Heres the link to the video

Nah Usama is accepted. I speak Arabic, translation between the two languages is fucked. It has many different variations that are accepted but "Osama" and "Usama" are the most accepted.
