hey i just realized i have a Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8 II USM Lens and i was wondering how well it would work for skiing? i'm not an expert at all when it comes to this so any info would help. thanks ns.
well i'd like to use it for video, but problem is i don't have a camera body to support it :/ the camera its attatched to right now is too old and beaten. i was thinking of saving up for a t2i? or selling this lense and buying a t2i with the money plus another lense. which option is best?
camera technology keeps progressing, but a good lens is always a good lens, so keep the lens and save up for a decent body. a t3i or 7d would be a great start, but you'll probably be able to find a deal on a t2i somewhere since it's now 'outdated' by the t3i.
Yep, I've read that if you already own a t2i that a t3i is barely worth the upgrade, and even if you're starting out fresh, it may still be worth it to get a t2i given the savings you'll most likely find. I highly recommend http://www.bhphotovideo.com/
