I personally wasn't too impressed with them. They just didn't have that life and playfulness about them that I look for in a ski...but they're fast as hell. I know a lot of people who really like them, but they just weren't right for me. If you can (and I realize it's the end of the season, so it's harder to do) try and demo them or borrow a friends if you know someone who has them, cause they're really a "hit or miss" kinda ski it seems (meaning, people either love them or hate them).
It just wasn't that fun for me. It was fast, it cruised around groomers pretty well, but it just wasn't that playful. It just felt like it didn't have any life in it, I don't really know how to explain it. It's not like it was too stiff, cause I've ridden playful stiff skis, it just didn't impress me that's all. I'm not saying I'm right though, cause like I said, I know plenty of people who do like it, which is why I said to try it out if possible.
hey, ive been riding the 2012's for this season all in all i was fairly pleased with them for what i was doing 40% piste and pow 60%park
there a pretty heavy ski one of them weighs more than both of my k2 silencers together which i didnt like about them but there flexy as hell once they've been worn in so if your a big guy should be easy to butter on .
rocker helps for off piste where i think the ski was great because you dont really notice the weight of them but for park there not amazing, like the guy before me said though there fast as hell really fun to just cruise the piste on fast.
