ok, everyone stfu, its different for everyone, if ur skinny, u need to do weighted abdominal exercises to get ur abs toned and shaped, if ur fat u obviously need to diet more than the average person does, and do more cardio, a lower fat lower carb diet will help a person get more cut and lean......and to the picture posted, ur just skinny, and have probably done nothing more than sit ups in ur life, but touche', ur most likely in better shape than the majority of people on here.....theres a shit ton of abdominal exercises to do, but i dont reallly feel like going thru all of them...this post sucks, but idc, im kinda drunk and tired
probs same as above but crunches and situps yea they are alright, lay flat on ur back and hold ur feet off the ground with ur legs straight, eventually you do that while holding a medicine ball on your feet. then you have to do some of your sides, so laying on your hip, bend your arm that is facing up and put ur hand on ur chest, try to curl your body (sideways) so your legs touch ur elbow when you do this bend thing. and keep ur feet of the ground for this one aswell.
Never had a 6 pack, prob never will. but what I do know is the most important ingredient to any body goal is patience and perseverance. Anyone can figure out in 10 minutes a hundred different proven ways to achieve their goal, most fail to have the discipline the carry it out correctly.
ummmm i really do. its just either shit like boiled chicken breasts or salad. i never really am that hungry, just like eat when i get hungry. im 147 soo its not like im anorexic hahaha
go to wallmart. get some whey protien. work out. get active! once you start seriously working out you will start to enjoy it much more.. plus it makes you feel good about yourself
i bet your one of those kids who goes to the gym, does bench and bis for like 10 minutes and leaves. your six pack is a result of being straight skinny as shit. Eat some food, lift some weights if you want to show off some muscles.
Im sure the only reason you want a 6 pack at 15 is to get bitches. I'll give you some insider info. Girls dont give a shit about a 6 pack, every skinny ass kid has one. Do some pushups and get some man arms.
actually no, i BARELY work on my abs. i gym three times a week, and bike 10k every other day. and trust me it is NOT for anybody else. i took my shirt off in public two days ago for the first time in OVER a year. for some reason im emberassed of getting attention about it in real life.
If you dont want to do that, just run a lot and maintain a healthy diet. Technically, everyone has a sick pack, it is just hidden under fat. So by doing cardio a few times a week and ab exercises (whatever that may be) you should get there.
