I had some at 9am this morning. Been feeling kinda ill so I had a nap around 8pm here, and woke up feeling ill still so my first reaction when I had some water was to grab my multivitamins off my shelf and take one, this was around 9pm (im in france). Only after did I realize I had already had some.
Should I be worried? Any chance on like kidney/liver etc damage from OD? Probably not the best place to ask but Google is pretty vague, it does say OD can be harmful but I'm assuming that's huge amounts
