So a couple of my friends and I are starting to feel some withdrawal, and are trying to figure out the best way to get some skiing in over the summer. I know there are all sorts of options like windells, COC etc, mammoth, and basically anywhere with snow still, but we were just looking for any advice in terms of ease of access, cheapness etc. we're too old (and broke) to be in one of those camps, but I know a lot of those places just open up the parks to people just trying to shred without all the other nonsense. Basically what I'm asking is if anyone's taken like a week trip with their friends over the summer for relatively cheap, skied all day, had a good time and is willing to walk me through the best way to go about doing so.
and to all you smartasses, yes we are already building a summer setup. i am talking about the real thing.
