On my helmet, i have a lot of stickers on my helmet, but not enough to cover the whole "base" of the helmet. And it doesnt look that bad. But how do you guys deck out your helmets? Do you guys put a lot of stickers on? Or do you guys put like 1 or 2 big stickers? I need your advice!!!!!
Big NS sticker on one side, big Saga in the back, Rime in the front, and an NS dino with an NS speech bubble on the other side. Not crowded, but it doesn't look bare either
I bought a new POC helmet at the beginning of the season and have been too lazy to put stickers on it. I'm gonna slap a Mammoth one on there pretty soon though.
I decked out my MTB helmet with stickers. Here's what you gotta do. First put the most unliked big stickers on first. then put on the smaller unliked stickers. Dont be afraid to overlap and get the stickers all the way to the edge of your helmet. I just take an Xacto knife to cut the stickers right on the edge. then I stick the most like stickers filling in the gaps and overlapping some of the other stickers.
some of the BIGGEST MISTAKES I've seen are ...
- paper stickers (these stickers get wet and are ugly)
- no overlapping.
- sticker all horizontal.
- perfectly square stickers wrinkled on a curve.
There are some exceptions and really it just comes down to how creative you are. But there's at least a basic outline.
