Alright just incase you do not want to read that I will summarize it for you. I sent him money via Paypal for the bindings on the 10th and he said he would have them shipped on the 11th. On the 13th he said he shipped them yesterday and when asked for the tracking number he said he did not have it on him but would get it to me asap.
This is where things get sketchy. At first he was responding to PMs quickly but all of a sudden he stopped. I PMd him on the 15th asking him if he could give me the tracking number and he did not respond. I messaged him again on the 18th after seeing he had been online but did not read my message. He finally responded and said he did not get a tracking number and they should be there in 2-3 days (this was on the 18th). This is when I really started to worry because no his story was changing. First he said he had a tracking number and now he is saying the opposite.
he had good feedback so i figured i would wait a couple more days before i take action. It says he has not been online since the 18th (last time he contacted me). It has been over two weeks since he said he shipped them out so the bindings should be here.
I tried adding him on FB yesterday but he has yet to respond.
