Need song lyrics please.. Sick song

I was listening to 90.5 kcsu and heard a song but don't know the artist or title. The only lyrics i can remember are words in the chorus. I would sing it for you but you couldn't hear me....

"I've been up to the top and i've been down on the floor"

It was in an Akon sounding sing. I may have heard that it was zion I and the grouch but i couldnt find it. plus k for help
