hey ns. i need your help, and i must say i am utterly disgusted with what's going on. montreal's largest pound is practicing unprofessional and illegal, amongst disgusting treatment towards lost or abandonned pets, and we would like you to take part in taking down this abomination. please sign the petition to urge the montreal city hall to shut down the operation.
if you own your pet, imagine you lost it, and this pound found it, and offered you virtually no help to get it back to you, killed it inhumanely and tossed it in the trash. please sign.
this pound is known for using gas chambers to dispose of unwanted or lost pets, and is also linked to ignoring a recently discovered population of feral dogs living in montreal north, some of which dogs were found frozen to death.
here's a report that was on the news, i must warn you, it's somewhat graphic, and not nearly as some we've witnessed, but displays it's incompetence and disregard for the animals that may or may not already belong to people.
