Trouple exporting footage!!!! please help!

GoPro HD footage. 720p 60fps
Premiere Pro Cs4
Importing with AVCHD 720p 24fps
Exporting with H.264 codec and HDTV 720p 23.97 fps (with square pixels)

I'm using a quad core 3.3 ghz AMD athlon 2 processor with 4 gb of ram and an BFG 8800 gtOC graphics card

I have exported multiple times and this happens no matter what. I have tried eliminating clips that it occurs on, removing effects, changing export settings, etc. but nothing works.

I have also found that it happens in different spots in the video.

HELP ME!!!

Exporting H.264s out of Premiere CS4 just doesn't work. It's been a known issue since the day CS4 was released. Export it instead as Quicktime format and H.264 as the video codec. You can limit the bit rate if you want to keep the file size small.

I would upgrade to CS5 solely for the ability to export H.264s directly. CS4 sucks so hard.

Hmmm...
If that doesn't work, try exporting as a Quicktime with no codec at all (select "none" for codec). This should give an indication of whether it is a codec issue or something worse. To me, it sure looks like an H.264/CS4 glitch.

I thought that was the best part of the edit...
Jk but seriously try going file->preferences->general and then where it says 'optimize rendering for:' change it from 'performance' to 'memory'. You have 4 cores a whole lot of memory(especially if your working on a 32 bit system, premiere can only utilize 2 gigs).
