Ripped my binding out of one of my Atomic Bentchetlers this weekend....called customer service and apparently they don't stand by their product unless you have a receipt from when you bought them...
Last time I checked, I could return a defective product directly to a company and they made things right, apologizing for the inconvenience that said product may have caused.
I'm just lucky that it happened in lift-accessed, mellow terrain, in warm and sunny weather...
Thanks for NOTHING atomic - you've REALLY impressed me and all of my friends today...really keeps my faith in the ski industry.
